Crop type: traditional. Olive trees more than 1,000 years old
Production: at our mill located in Cabeza la Vaca (Badajoz, Spain)
Extraction process: cold extraction
Aroma and flavor: fruity, smooth entrance, lightly spicy aftertaste
Recommended uses: since it is a highly balanced oil, rich on the palate, it is perfect for consumption in its natural state or to be used in any dish
